David C. Wajsgras is a Raytheon Company Vice President and President of the Intelligence, Information and Services business. In this role, he is a member of Raytheon's senior leadership team, overseeing intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance; advanced cyber solutions; weather and environmental solutions and information-based solutions for homeland security. Previously, Wajsgras was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Raytheon Company, directing Raytheon's overall financial strategy. Wajsgras is the Executive Champion of Raytheon’s Persons with DisAbilities Employee Resource Group, an organization that works as a strategic partner across the company to facilitate a fully accessible and supportive workplace for employees with disabilities. Prior to joining Raytheon, Wajsgras was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lear Corporation. He joined Lear as vice president-controller, where he was responsible for accounting and financial reporting functions, and for strategic and operational oversight of Lear’s Interior Systems Business. Before joining Lear, Wajsgras was the Corporate Controller for Engelhard Corporation, and held numerous financial management positions with Honeywell International, Inc. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from University of Maryland at College Park and a master’s degree in business administration from American University.
