Janet Nickloy is Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for the National Systems business unit of Harris Government Communications Systems. She is responsible for establishing and executing growth strategies for the National Systems business unit, which provides end-to-end mission solutions for intelligence collection, analysis and distribution, as well as enabling technologies for space. Prior to her current position, she served as the Director of Strategy and Business Development for National Systems. Nickloy has held several previous positions, including Director of Business Development for Aerospace Mission Solutions, focusing on responsive, end-to-end space solutions and leading the organization to unprecedented growth; Director of Business Development for the Space Communications Systems business, Director of Programs for the NASA business; and Vice President of Engineering for National Programs, where she managed a large, multi-disciplined engineering team servicing the intelligence community and adjacent government and commercial markets. Nickloy holds both her Bachelor's and Master's of Science degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where she graduated summa cum laude.
