National Reconnaissance Office

Dr. Kevin Kuciapinski is a Major in the United States Air Force.  Kuciapinski is currently assigned to the National Reconnaissance Office as the Technical Director for the Experiments and Initiatives Division at the Aerospace Data Facility in Colorado.  He has held various positions at Air Force Space Command, Air Force Research Laboratory, and the National Air and Space Intelligence Center.  He holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Air Force Academy along with a Master of Science in Space Systems Engineering and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology.  His dissertation research focused on Radio Frequency - Distinct Native Attribute (RF-DNA) Fingerprinting for Specific Emitter Identification.  Kuciapinski is a member of the Eta Kappa Nu and Tau Beta Pi honor societies.
